Azucena is the wife of Abilio "Bill" Vela and is the inspiration behind the fuel that continues to motivate Bill and his staff by way of implementing rigorous checks and balances that re-assures confidence and further provides excellent bookkeeping standards; customer support; office management; staff assignments, and is commited to all of TOPCON'S clients/customers, contacts and employees.

Abilio "Bill" Vela

Over thirty years ago, Abilio "Bill" Vela founded and developed TOPCON, INC., GENERAL CONTRACTORS with one thought in mind:

To provide residential and commercial construction projects to the community while affording his clients the best in quality construction while maintaining high standards through ethical, responsive and excellent customer service.



Mr. Vela continues to uphold those standards and stands behind all commitments 110%.

Dora Vela

Payroll-Reception-Accounts Payable

Specialized and detailed care to all that she does together with a mixture of dedicated attention to every asset at TOPCON, INC., is what Dora Vela is all about. Dora has been employed by TOPCON since 1988 and is as much a part of TOPCON as the heart of its' endeavors to its' customers. Dora's commitment to TOPCON is one that requires exceptional deliveries in the practice of pay-roll to include certified pay-roll and pay-roll accounting procedures. Add to that, Dora has now taken on the position of accounts payable!



Dora is another reason to which TOPCON, INC., really delivers! 

Adrian Vela

There is no better proof that TOPCON, INC., is family owned and operated when it comes to Adrian Vela. Adrian is the son of Abilio and Azucena Vela. Adrian's commitment and dedication to TOPCON extend to his child-hood days working along his dad through the school summer vacations in any possible way!

That same philosophy forms a large part of Adrian's continued successes with TOPCON, INC., forming a bond, a network of shared beliefs carrying on the TOPCON tradition into the future.

Bill "Billy" Vela, Jr.

Superintendent

It has been said that a good superintendent is likened to an exceptional accountant. Billy, the eldest son of Abilio and Azucena Vela certainly fills those qualities and is not your average superintendent. Billy goes beyond expectations maintaining complete control of his projects by keeping tight communication with TOPCON'S project managers; project architects; engineers; city inspectors; code compliance officers; subcontractors; TOPCON employees, and project owners. Billy dedicates special attention to any addendums; change orders; project submittals, and generates detailed daily reports on all of his projects.

Billy is another reason that TOPCON makes it happen!

Agustin Sanchez

Superintendent

Self starter; self motivated, and self disciplined are the qualifications necessary for a superintendent with TOPCON, INC. Agustin far exceeds those qualifications. Agustin's achievements with TOPCON reveal that he takes each project with a goal in mind. That goal is to coordinate all of the work to be performed through a target specific schedule while making sure that quality standards are being met, yet maintaining strong safety measures through-out each project. Agustin's self disciplined skills are qualities that assist him at making sure that each project is completed prior to its' completion date.

With extensive technical-cross platform expertise, project management experience and construction field leadership, i confidently lead and motivate construction team to preform to its highest potentials at all given moments. Managing subcontractors, setting project budgets, contracts and talking to customers about their needs and concerns for their projects, I go out of my way to make sure projects are done efficiently in a timely manner. 

Wilkins Trujillo

Its Project Estimator

Started out as an Intern, Wilkins Trujillo is now our Project Estimator as well as Assistant Project Manager and Drafter. Wilkins quickly established himself as one of TOPCON's most loyal and trustworthy employees.

Estimating for a project has its challenges if one does not calculate to the specific details given.

Ultimately, giving the customer a high price bid and would be left unsatisfied. But here at

TOPCON, Wilkins goes above and beyond expectations when estimating for your next project and giving out the absolute best quotation possible. Mr. Trujillo is trained to examine every detail specified in a construction plan or through a customer's request at any given deadline.
